Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Cambridge World Inc, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special order items or items that are specifically ordered for you.
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description or title.
  • Software and downloadable products.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@cambridgeworld.com or call us at (718) 858-5002, (212) 675-8600, or (800) 221-2253 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions:

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective item or our error.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@cambridgeworld.com or call us at (800) 221-2253, (212) 675-8600, or (718) 858-5002. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the return.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cambridgeworld.com.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
