Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Order Tracking

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We will ship to all types of addresses including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are subsequently stolen. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
