The Heliopan KR15 (85B) Color Conversion Filter is designed to restore natural color balance when shooting tungsten-balanced film in daylight. Without correction, daylight exposure on tungsten film produces a strong blue cast. The KR15 (85B) effectively warms the image, delivering accurate, pleasing colors even under bright, high-temperature daylight conditions such as midday summer sun. Made in Germany, this filter reflects Heliopan’s legendary optical precision and mechanical quality.

Important Notes:

• Use 85 series filters for tungsten film in daylight

• Use 80 series filters for daylight film under tungsten lighting

• A standard 85 filter produces slightly cooler results than an 85B

• The 85C produces the coolest effect and can also be used creatively as a warming filter with daylight film
