Overview

The Rokinon 8mm f/3.5 Fisheye Lens for Canon EF delivers an ultra-wide field of view designed for dramatic perspective and creative photography. When used with APS-C cameras, the lens provides a 167° diagonal field of view, producing the signature fisheye distortion ideal for action, architecture, landscapes, and experimental imagery.

Mounted on full-frame digital cameras or 35mm film cameras, the lens produces a circular fisheye image within the frame for a distinctive visual effect.

The optical design incorporates hybrid aspherical elements and advanced multi-layer coatings to deliver sharp images while minimizing flare and ghosting. With a minimum focusing distance of just 12 inches, photographers can capture striking close-up subjects with bold perspective.

A removable petal-style lens hood helps reduce glare and protects the front element during APS-C shooting and can be removed when shooting with full-frame cameras to prevent the hood from appearing in the image.
